RICE GRANARIES:  These steampunk'd containers are based on rice granaries found in Japan and China.  Large ones  which were used for storing rice after the harvest and small ceramic ones were buried with the dead.  While not useful for storing rice, these containers will standout on any bookshelf or end table .
